Repeat Prescriptions

Order your repeat medication.

These can only be given if the doctor has put your prescriptions on the computer as a repeat.

You can order online via online services – if you are not already registered for online services you can register using our online form.

For safety reasons we no longer take repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

Please allow 1 working day for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Medication Reviews

Request a medication review online.

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you complete a medication review when requested, to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
